This hand-painted ceramic/porcelain Santa Christmas Village house was displayed during the Christmas season and then carefully returned to its original packaging and box for storage. It is in excellent condition and includes everything originally included in the box. The original box is included and does show some wear and tear from storage over the years, but the village house itself has been well cared for and remains in excellent condition.
