This vintage house is a 1977 signed original by Walter Brockmann (W.B. Studios), out of St. Louis Missouri. Please see photos for condition and measurements. In very nice pre-owned condition. I will be using double boxes and extra packing to ensure it arrives securely. Due to this I will not be including the light bulb, but it takes a very common standard small base bulb.
