The St. Nicholas Square brand ensures quality and craftsmanship in this festive Christmas village piece. ***There are two defects (brown paint missing on one of the roof lines and small chip on the white base of the same side). Please look at pics. Other than that the cathedral appears to be in really good condition. The lightbulb was tested and is currently working. Box shows minor wear.***
