Lemax 2007 Caddington Village Lighted NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM 75537 The model comes with it's original box, packing inserts, and original power cord. Please note: – a sign is missing that should be jutting from the right side of the building (hence the small hole) – the tree on the right came off and is now super-glued back on – the right front railing came off and was super-glued back on – the far right lamppost broke in the center and from off the ground and was glued back together and back on to the base. – One of the four back chimneys was broken off and is missing – the arrow on the top of the left tower is removable and was packed in a plastic bag above the model in the base styrofoam packing insert. The model works 100% fine lighting wise Please refer to the pictures above to see the condition of the item, as well as how it will be packaged/shipped

Building is in very good condition; A lot of these buildings suffer from the same issues after 20 years, the glue starts detaching and repairs are made. I’ve noticed that parts of the building appear to have had some repairs, the hawk and the gazelle appear to have been reattached but are firmly attached now. The railing leading into the building is slightly askew. All in all, given that this building is over 29 years old, it is in very good condition, albeit with some condition issues. This building comes with the AC power adapter which is usually and added cost Box has some wear on the edges, and is in good condition; Tested and works perfectly fine;
