This is a lovely vintage cottage from the DAVID WINTER Cottages line of collectibles. This cottage features the STRATFORD HOUSE. The David Winter Cottages, as noted on the bottom, are hand made and hand painted in the Studios & Workshops of John Hine Ltd. They are made in Hampshire, Great Britain. This particular piece is dated 1981 on the bottom of the base as well as on the bottom back edge. It measures approximately 4 1/2 inches tall, 4 1/2 inches wide and is about 6 1/4 inches long. Cottage is in good vintage pre-owned condition. There is NO BOX or COA. Piece does show signs of wear consistent with age and years of use. Several of the shingles have small nicks as well as one of the chimney’s. I have tried to photograph the spots in question. Please see the last photos for close up views of these areas.
