This is the a Washington DC City State barn, DC being the only city in the US not located within one of the 50 states.   Along with Casper are the City bird, flag flower and tree.  Cat’s Meow Village pieces are collections of two-dimensional wooden miniature screen-printed and hand crafted buildings, house and other accessories. Designs are the creation of Faline Fry Jones of FJ Designs. Note the little cat, Casper, this is the symbol of authenticity and is found on each piece.
