Items u see in pics are exact items and only items u will receive. You will need an adaptor for the item to light up. I used an adaptor to test the item and it lights up as seen in pics. The adaptor is not included, so u will need to purchase the adaptor elsewhere. Also, due to the sensitive nature of the light bulbs, I cannot guarantee that the light bulbs will still work after the item gets shipped to you. But a replacement light bulb is cheap and easy to find elsewhere.
