This is a vintage House For Sale for a Christmas village display. It is made of plastic. It was made for Department 56 and was made in Taiwan. It measures about 3 inches tall and the base is about 2 1/4 inches wide. The House for Sale script is on both sides. It has slight paint wear. The white areas don’t look as white as they probably were when it was made. I do not have the original box. It is sold used as is.
