The piece has never been removed from the box. I’ve had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off.

Good condition as pictured. Ships from a clean, non-smoking home. The weather vein has been broken and glued on. The chimney has been repaired. You can not tell unless you look with a magnifying glass. Beautiful piece
