Please see all pictures to judge the condition of this item. This is being sold AS IS and is exactly what is shown in the photos. I am not an expert in these, I will do my best to describe any type of chips of cracks if they exist but as for small things like a missing tree or sign they may be missed so please look carefully at all the provided photos. If there is a chip or Crack that I see off hand I will include that at the top of this description OR there will be a closeup picture of it.
