The lot includes two identified historical buildings: the Grace Episcopal Church in Nyack, NY and The 1832 Jacob Blauvelt House at the Historical Society of Rockland County, NY. The other four pieces are charming, representative houses in two different color schemes. These pieces are in used, pre-owned condition. They show some minor signs of wear, such as small scuffs and edge wear, consistent with their age. Please see photos for details on condition.
