Includes Brew Pub building, original box and power adapter. The cauldron is supposed to be filled with some sort of liquid. It has mostly leaked out during storage (see pictures). The ladder that is supposed to lean against the cauldron is missing (see pictures). Building is in good working condition, and it has no chips/cracks/repairs.
