This is a set of three Christmas village people made for Dickens. They are part of the Victorian collection and the set is called Winter Fun. A woman is freezing while skating, a man is skating with a muff and the child has fallen on the ice! The woman is about 2 3/4 inches tall, the man is about 2 1/4 inches tall and the child is about 1 1/2 inches tall. They come in the original box that has the original price tag on the bottom. They are hand painted and made of porcelain. The white areas look to have darkened with age, I did not try to clean them, I will leave that to you. The box has wear, sticker peel, stray marker and creases. It does hold the figures without problem. They are sold used as is.
