The pieces has never been removed from the box. I’ve had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off.

Department 56 Village Traffic Lights Set of 2 Battery Operated Partially Working Appears to be in good condition. May have been displayed. One of the traffic lights do not work, I will leave it to the buyer to make repairs. See photos and video.
