This is an early Department 56 piece from 1982, part of their Snowhouse Series that predates the later Snow Village collectibles. It’s a charming clapboard-style Victorian house with a deep green roof, colorful window accents, and an opening on the back for a small light bulb or tea light. The house is made of glazed ceramic and stands approximately 8.5 inches tall, 6 inches wide, and 6.5 inches deep. It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The underside is embossed Wood Clapboard along with the original mold number, and it still retains the 1982 Department 56 Snowhouse Series sticker. It displays beautifully and adds instant vintage charm to a holiday mantel, bookshelf, or village scene.
