This is The Dower House by David Winter from 1982, part of the David Winter Cottages line. The cottage comes in its original box. It looks to be in very good condition. There’s a small flaw on the front right part of the lawn, but no other cracks or chips or damage that I could find. The box has some minor damage (see photos), but is in good shape for its age. I believe this would’ve come in foam packaging inside the box, unfortunately this doesn’t come with that packaging. It will be securely wrapped for shipment though.
